Fresh salad topped with breaded camembert, cranberries, tomatoes, red onion & honey mustard dressing.
Combine the ingredients for the sauce. Season to taste.
Divide the camembert into smaller triangles, coat in egg (season with salt and pepper) and breadcrumbs. I fry it in hot oil until golden brown.
I cut the onions into thin half-slices and the tomatoes into halves.
I put salad mix on plates, add onions, tomatoes, pieces of camembert, cranberries. I cover the ready salad with the sauce and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
